Well, actually the $5 is not for the flight - it's for our time to compare all your flight options (according to your specifications) and finding you the best match. If our findings please you, we process payment and give you the details to book the ticket.

By giving us your requirements, the more specific the better. Our goal is to find you a ticket (air, rail, etc) that you may have otherwise missed out on. We have local contacts in Asia and abroad who will compare prices for you. Just tell us what you're looking for or a quote from a competitor you want us to beat - and we'll search for you!

No. If you give us a quote we can't beat or specify a product that we don't currently offer it costs you nothing. We do not want to waste your time or money - we're here to save you both.

It really depends how much time you have and how much you like scouring the web trying to find the best price. If this isn't your favourite past time, why not get someone else to do the calling/comparing for you? We know you've got better things to do with your time.

It's hard to guarantee flight prices (I'm sure you know this if you've been looking already), but how about this promise: if you quote us a price (on a ticket that fits your specifications as stated to us) and we can't find a ticket for you that is $50 less - our search requires no payment. We only get paid if we can find you a ticket for less.

Authentic China allows you to plan your trip to China with ease; providing you inside knowledge before you go. We are connecting a network of local people who can give our customers the most up-to-date information on: transportation, accommodation, restaurants and leisure activities. We offer custom tours, set itineraries, and/or can connect you with a Chinese language or culinary arts teacher. We also offer to book tickets, make reservations, and provide advice to ensure a most enjoyable trip for you and yours!

Although some tickets in China are sold with an automatic 'insurance fee' attached (for example - bus tickets), we do not currently offer travel insurance. Remember, some credit cards offer insurance (travel and/or medical) on purchases - such as your flight. But do check the details before you go! A pinch of prevention is worth a pound of cure. Never travel without insurance.
